• All pieces are made with food, microwave, and dishwasher safe materials.(Unless stated otherwise)
• It is recommended to limit microwave use - thermal shock and cracking may occur due to fast temperature change.
• To use for baking, place in a COOL oven and allow it to preheat with the oven.
• NEVER place cold pottery in an oven that’s already hot!
• Hand washing is always recommended to prolong the life of your handmade piece.

All works are being shipped from Baltimore, MD. All orders will ship within 2-8 business days of receiving payment.

pre-order items take longer, usually 4-6 weeks or 8-12 weeks depending on the item.

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THE CORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECK OUT!

I cannot manually change addresses after shipping!

If any item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and you may be able to get replacement of a similar item- if there is no replacement available then you may get a refund.

The customer is required to ship back the damage or defective item and once that item is received the replacement or refund will be addressed immediately.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
