All pieces are made with food, microwave, and dishwasher safe materials. Unless stated otherwise. Thermal shock and cracking may occur, it is recommended to limit microwave use. Handwashing is suggested to prolong the life of your piece.

Shipping

All works are being shipped from Baltimore, MD. Local delivery is available with in a 5 mile radius. All orders will ship USPS within 2-8 business days depending on shipping option chosen. I am a one woman show though so I thank you for your patience with my growing business.

I've chosen flat rate prices for shipping to keep it simply the cost will go towards actual shipping costs and packing costs.

Damaged Items & Returns:

If any item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and you will be entitled to a refund or replacement with a similar item. Any other questions or concerns please contact me at rcwikfors@gmail.com. You are responsible for packaging and shipping cost to return the item.
